cheers i will your wisdom on to office staff.
i suppose if we were purley set up for chargeable work we would be more switched on re speech etc ..
maybe i should have a recorded message which will reed out the rubish b4 we even speak to them ??

yeh dito most people dont ask , most of our phone inquiries are via our web where our fees etc are explained ,
sometimes i feel the girls in the office dont really get the message over when i listem to them .. but there a few times when customer are looking for free estimates free this free that and thats where they dont get the chance to explain ..
i was just wondering if someone has a script i could utilise and give to our office staff .. so they dont deviate ..
i now i should be able to do this myself – but that what ukw is all about and im sure someone has a very good line they give to phone customers ..

flat screens mode by ON asda … the list of cheap rubbish is endless

bezel of which lets you see 2 screws holding top of frnt panel
door seal peel back
door switch removed
bottom kick plate off ( if it has one) if not
filter cover off- 2 screws behind of .. front panel now lifts slighty and off..phwe ran out od breath there
ps spin ? ..switch appliance on dont touch control knob ,,, just press the spin button … this will let u spin .. well not you the machine …

we use txtmagic , probaly similar to others
we personaly show txt no -so customer can txt back , also if they txt back we have it set to send us an email of txt , good if your out of office and can access your email – lets you check any txt,s replys ..
we ask customers to comfirm their appointment so this works for us as a simple txt back lets us know they are going to be in ..
you can send txt to landlines but dont think its very clear ..

think its dhl thats causing the probs with connect – ive lost count of failed deliveries or boxs missing .. dhl need to get their act together ..
last week we had 40 jobs on hold because of dhl …dont know what the prob is ..

hello bob just had a look on connect , doesnt look like what i need
maybe i shoud explain part better – this part gets bolted on with stator so washer should have 6 holes in it which line up with stator holes …
unless connect have wrong picture ?

ps what a ball buster – stator was last thing i was putting on ..should have known got caught out b4 about a year ago …
there no way of telling your are going to need one – or is there ?
