    Re: Noisy after changing brushes

    Hi
Quickest way is turn the drum by hand. If it clicks ratchety in any direction then yes I would imagine that one or both of the brushes are the wrong way round.

Power off if you need to investigate further than above.

Re: Siemens top sprayarm no water

    Hi
My money from past experience would be a faulty water point unit which is part of the instantaneous water heater.
These fail for few reasons ranging from seeds/pips etc jamming the rotating disc, down to water ingress from weepin o rings where it attaches to the under side of the tank.

If this is found to be the problem then brace yourself for a relatively do-able but tricky job.
Heater p/no is 268033 around the £65 + the usual and can be obtained if required from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk.

Power off if you are to confirm and/or repair. :plug:

Re: Bosch WFT2800 dryer not heating up

Stats on heater should read 0 ohms from cold and should be measured disconnected; the heater should read between 28 – 34 ohms.

Power off whilst doing this :plug:

With the power off you can check the heater for resistence and the stats for continuity 😉

    Hi
You will need to count the flashes Im afraid. The lamp is off for 2 secs then flashes “x” amount of times identifying t a fault code. Report back with that so we can aid you further.

    Hi
The door seal usually just slots into a groove around the door itself.
Check your own first to see before ordering.
The p/no is 200399 available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk if required 🙂 app £27 + the usual.

    Re: Indesit D63 leak

Is it the seal thats loose or the seal holder.
The seal holder had a habit of becoming detached from their spot welds onto the inner tank and had to be re-attached via drilling holes through them and the tank and secured by self tapper screws IIRC oh and some silicone 😉 Quality item 😆

    Hi Malt
I’m not sure about the transformer 😕
My money would be broken wire/s in the wiring loom where the door pivots.
Loom is wrapped in a pouch and will need thoroughly inspecting 😀
I would also consider defective mains socket and/or plugtop.
