Re: Whirlpool ADP Dishwasher stuck on prewash

    Hi Nige
Even better than the model would be the 12 digits below the barcode looking sticker on the side of the stainless steel door inner, usually beginning 8512********

    Cheers

Re: Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer broken down – help!

    Hi again
Done a bit of digging and hopefully this may help future readers aswell.
The boards are £175 for front and £125 for back, so if you add labour to that and if both boards are gone it would cost at least £360.
An alternative cheaper option may be contact Whirlpool and purchase a year parts and labour policy, which has to be cheaper than the above no brainer if a policy costs say app £100-£150 😀

Extra for Maytag 😉 but if you have to, LG is a bit better and more reliable than the Samsung 😀

Re: Bosch SGS09L12GB/14 Fitting new pressure chamber BOS4975

    Hi
Matrix removal is purely because some of its manifolds fit into the pressure unit which is adjacent to it to the right.

Re: Bosch SGS09L12GB/14 Fitting new pressure chamber BOS4975

    Hi
All done from LHS, detach water matrix and its basically straightforward from thereon 😀
Never had to chnage pressure chamber more than once unless it got gunged up with users not cleaning plates sufficiently before loading.
Un plug appliance before attempting any repair :plug:

Re: Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer broken down – help!

    Hi
Replacing the front and rear board will usually sort that fault out although you may get away with just the rear board. A 24hr defrost after replacing part/s with towels in freezer sectionmay be required.
As kwatt mentioned johnmac11 or dp are the experts in this area Im just saying what worked for my encounter with these machines and that fault 😉

    Hi
I would check the flow meter wiring by continuity means as you have an interesting fault:?

Re: Siemens Edition 150 dishwasher problems…

    Hi
If that is clear you could check gunge blockage in the pressure chamber and the top of the water matrix also.

Drain pump is activated by the flood float and also overfill section on the pressure chamber.

Re: Siemens Edition 150 dishwasher problems…

    Hi
F is usually a fill problem.
What I would do is remove front lower plinth and detach clear ribbed hose and clean thoroughly first.

Un plug appliance first before attempting.

    Hi
The pump comes in bits and you have to assemble, so lets hope you were good at airfix when you was younger 😀
Best way is to remove lid, losen base and remove r/h panel. Then lay it on its L/H side and do the job from there.

    Hi
Remove R/H warming drawer completely, then look inside on R/H chassis strut, there should be a sticker, just type the whole lot in here 😀
