Re: One for the Bosch guys…

Fault code 12 ie add the two faults together
    Fault 4 = Filling Fault
    Fault 8 = NTC Fault

As for module fault as suggested for that fault πŸ˜•

    Hi
Don’t take this the wrong way but you did follow arrow direction on flow meter itself to show the direction of water flow ❓ :duck:
Also IIRC they don’t like being in a certain orientation so usually best to fit new one as per old one πŸ˜€

No they are fine, basically same build as your last except touch control, so pretty reliable πŸ˜‰
You also have 2 year guarantee regardless of if you register it. πŸ˜€

    Hi
The bang more than likely was the module but may have damaged the motor aswell.
Motor app Β£150 + VAT, Module app Β£95 +VAT so quite pricey to start guessing πŸ˜₯
IMHO it may well be better to get an engineer to give it a proper diagonsis rather than ploughing money into parts that may or not be needed.

    Hi
Bosch again IMO but if you can stretch another Β£100, take a look here as these are good quality and are delivered and if the worst should happen, repaired nationwide by select UKW engineers πŸ˜€

Thats not the fault I had in mind 😯
I would check each component for earth leakage and any shorts before repairing/replacing module πŸ˜€

Possibly poor solder joint on leg/s of selector unit as they attach to PCB.
Unplug appliance if you are to attempt yourself :plug:
