    If you just do a rinse cycle, does it complete through to the spin than end?
    If so it maybe an NTC or module fault 😕

    If there is no noise at all, it may be that your belt has come off, sometimes down to poor loading.
    Umplug appliance if you are to investigate :plug:

    If you can pop the full model number up just to refresh my memory 😀
    Its sounds as if the foamed in NTC has gone out of tolerance and in need of a bypass kit.
    Will know more when you relpy 😉

    After looking at this yesterday I decided to have a delve 😉
    The WFD2471 has three variants in its range.

    WFD2471GB/01 and WFD2471GB/08, which both use module 493685 @£255.36 + the usual. 😯
    WFD2471GB/10, which uses module 440882 @£91.00 +the usual 😕
    So what gives, as they look the same module as per diagram :con:

    If its pumping and filling at the same time, its the classic crud build up in the water matrix airbreak,metering unit and ribbed rigid pipe from the metering unit to the sump.
