Can also take module with it aswell and do the same fault even when new motor fitted, making you doubt the diagnosis.
Be prepared on rare occasions to have to change both 😥

Don’t get me wrong, Im quite pleased with who we have gained so far.
I mean Carlos Vela and Samir Nasri 8) top players 😀
We will miss the big guns of Adebayor, Flamini and Gilberto, but hey we have a young enthusiastic team to play with and Thierre may come back sometime soon, although seeing as Gilberto is going, least we could have is Reyes back 😉

You will need to “rod” the hole in question with something like, say a pipecleaner or equivalent at the fridge end; and then check that its clear at the drain end above compressor at rear.

I would have replaced both hinges as they generally wear evenly TBH.
Most likely other hinge pulling door ajar.
As for stagnant water, I would check that the drain hole at the bottom rear of the fridge wall isn’t clogged at top and bottom.
