Hi
I have assumed that there is no water in the plastic base below the main stainless tank, as you said you have gained access to the inside and not mentioned seeing any water that may have driven the anti-flood float.

Hi
Yes correct model number SGS69L02GB/22 thanks. π
If you remove the lower metal panel to gain access to the clear tube that goes from the metering unit to the sump, remove, clean and re-assemble.
You can also remove the l/h panel and look if the water matrix and the metering unit is gunged up.Un plug appliance before attempting any of the above :plug:

It sure is
Still think itβs biased. Turns out Iβm the only one to have bypassed a door lock, gone over 30m.p.h. in a built up area and used a mobile phone in the car! Point being
This is not a witch hunt and the latter two offences have no bearing on the original post
I think I have enough intelligence to way up the situation and leave the rest to the customer.
Its been mentioned, on a given day of the repair you may asses the situation but x days/years down the line, who knows where that machine will end up. BTW both of those instances don’t make it acceptable.
Put it to bed now.
Gladly, the consensus is don’t do it for moral and safety issues.

Hi
No need to remove the door, you can access from front with appliance on its back but you will need to loosen base to wider the access.
We really cannot be anymore specific unfortunately as to the full blow by blow of the repair sorry.
Un plug appliance first :plug:

Should be a metal plate that is connected to that plastic base part you mention, this has 2 torx 20 screws at the front to enable it to be removed.
