Just to add, its worth checking the float hasn’t been chewed to a pulp also and activating flood microwitch 😉

    Hi
With the appliance un plugged I would be removing front plinth to gain access to ribbed translucent hose that goes from pressure unit on l/h side to the sump.
When found, remove and clean thoroughly.

Report back if no change 😀

    Hi
Its probably safer with door detached from hinge first, rather than fighting with it in situ 8)

    Hi
Havent got that info to hand but looking at the WS5425 service manual you may be looking at a motor fault eg brushes, drive etc

    Hi
Please look again at the model as it has a digit missing ie- SGS45E0?GB/56.
Then we can move on with price for module. 😀

Re: Samsung American Fridge Freezer RS21DCS No water dispens

    Hi
I wouldn’t worry about the water dispenser at the moment.
I would concentrate on the bigger fault of the excess ice around fridge fan manifold.
Its more of a symptom and cause, you sort the manifold fault out (re below) and defrost appliance for 24hrs then all should return to normal.
There is a part change for this panel c/w fan motor unit which they have modified the drain hole to alleviate this fault re occuring 😀

    Hi
You may want to check that model number 😉 so we can get a part number for you for module.

    Hi
Part you need is the drive coupling 481932528035 £13.22 list.
Just for the record the appliance is “Heavy Duty” not “Commercial” 😀

    Hi
This a complex appliance and could be numerous things like – sensors, heaters or pcb, otherwise you may end up ordering spares that you don’t need and before you can blink, you have wasyed loads of cash.
The sensible option would be to find an engineer from the link below OR decide 7 years ain’t bad and replace it 😕 So many choices 😀

    Hi reave
The number you have given is correct, however, after it there will be /??.
The ? denotes a digit, this is critical to correctly identify your model.
