    Hi
    If its draining ok, try checking the water indicator unit in sump (roundish unit). Take filters out and look inside recess, usually 3 o’clock position. Make sure its mesh isnt blocked up but don’t poke anything sharp in there as it will damage unit.

    Unplug appliance before investigating further.

    With the appliance unplugged you will need multimeter to check resistence of heater to confirm its failure.
