    not geared really for trade but in this instance a significant price difference.

    BSH p/no 496876 £31 +VAT if you should require it.

    Its either going to be a faulty module or faulty NTC which Ive had in the past even though its not showing a fault code flash/s.
    I think its going to be engineer time in all fairness, please check the link below.

    Thats fine but you need to set the meter range correctly.
    It should have read 28ohms which is about right for the heater.

    Could be element,ntc or module.
    With the unit unplugged check for resistence on heater terminals, with the wires removed 😉

    Also can you put the full model number found on the door and rear of the appliance, cheers.

    You will need to get the model thats etched onto the side of the stainless steel door.
    It could be a few things but will be able to tell you more when you supply that.

    As far as I know Turkey is the place of manufacture. Reasonable appliances, refrigeration particularly reliable and good value.

    The knob is just a selector on that machine. If you move it mid cycle, the module gets confused hence the knob clicking itself to infinity and beyond.
    If its on a programme leave it alone, it has enough problems without any external meddling trust me 😆
