Re: Ignis AKL436 inner door glass re-seal

Door outer and door inner should seperate with a slight persuasion, they arent bonded. Only the inner glass is bonded to the inner door hence the need for exchange. If you can give me the 12 digit number I can get you the correct part number. 😉

How do the suppliers get away with it?
I am not genned up on this area so be gentle 😀
Surely if we have to safeguard our customers against part failure under normal use for 12 months, then surely the supplier should look after their customers (us) for the same period and so the chain goes on. 😕

    Re: Guaranteed Repairs

We give 12 months guarantee on parts fitted, with the exception of door gaskets and plastic parts. Unless it can be shown to be a defect.

Never ever had an on/off switch fail but still can’t hurt to look.

    Hi
Its either a motor fault or a PCB module fault.
Personally I would use the engineer link below rather than make expensive guesses 😉

Re: NEFF Dishwasher programme ending too early

The heat would aggravate a worn pump bearing allowing it to jam on its housing. When it cools down, hey presto all works again and appears not faulty at all 🙂

I know it stating the blinkin obvious but it can save so much fault finding eliminating those first.
