IIRC, remove end cover off icemaker unit then short H and T out whilst depressing the door switch, this should set it off 😉

Original fault was dead……Im thinking that perhaps the heater faulted and blew original module.
You fit new heater, hey presto no heat because heater still u/s 😕Greg

It will be the NTC sensor that has failed.
It isn’t replaceable but there is a modification to bypass it.
Please don’t be linking this and that as you may cause damage to yourself or the appliance.
The mod has been spoken of before on here so a search may reveal some answers 😀
Power off if you are to attempt any repair or feel free to use the repairs@ link on the left to find a suitably qualified engineer in your area.Greg

In that case you either have a water leak in the base or a faulty/dirty OWI(Optical water indictaor) 3 oclock position in sump when filters removed 😉Greg
