As elroy said that will be the cooling fan venting residual heat away from the appliance so, normal 😀
If its taking longer to cook my money would be on either a sluggish circotherm fan motor or faulty themostat; if like you say, the seals are fine and door is sealing solid against it 😉Greg

F indicates a fill problem for whatever reason.
Its not a good idea to interrupt the appliance mid cycle TBH.
There is a chance when you opened the door you allowed water to surge into electronics via door lock opening 😥
This appliance is approx 8 years so always a poser whether to plough cash into it or go for new 😕Greg

Please don’t do Live testing it really isnt necessary 😉
IMO it sounds like either the windings of the compressor or the start unit on the compressor that may be at fault.Greg
