I wonder where we would stand when we have a call from someone over 70 if they are made to self isolate?. Lots of our customers are elderly and your right we are quite high risk.

I can’t imagine it’s cost effective advertising for them to keep paying to sponsor this page but it’s their money I guess not mine :).

    Re: Qualtex Account Closure

I had the letter today too, when I phoned them they said only a FEW businesses had their accounts closed !. After reading this forum there seems that its a lot more being closed, I was typically spending £150 to £250 a month I stopped using them as much after having problems getting credits for faulty parts most of which were Qualtex own brand . I was trying to get an answer from them how we are affected if parts we have bought go faulty there is probably very little chance of getting a credit now !! . They advised on the letter about using “appliancespareswarehouse” I understand that this is just a retail site of theirs that any member of the public can buy from.

Change the front bearing felt and make sure there is no glue stuck round the front of the drum it can easily jam if not cleaned off.

Least it looks like there might now be an investigation into the collapse of comet, Sky news have been reporting on it today.

Its a shame i hope that agents for ISDAL will not be too much out of pocket from it, i got my fingers burnt when GBDAR closed 4 years ago. Its just another blow to the whitegoods trade

    Re: Seven Days A Week

I have a young family and to me weekends are precious family time i spent 15 years working every saturday and now am glad i dont, i found that most customers will wait to monday, most of the customers that expect you to call on them saturday or sunday are usually the ones that will phone at 9pm expecting you call round first thing in the morning, im old fashioned maybe ?
