Managed to get out to a customer this morning to deliver a new machine, skidded on their road, connected up the machine and was met with flashing fault codes !. The pump was frozen solid. Happy days !!

    Re: no work

Hi everyone Plymouths quiet with chargeable work the phone rings and all goes well untill i mention the call out charge, most people here want free estimates & no call out charge ! good luck to them , but id rather stay at home and work for nothing . Admittedly Plymouth has taken a hit with job losses, so i think people are being more carefull when spending money

    Re: Teka UK Bust?

You are right it is not clear cut, they may have just scaled down service & spares, but still use their network of agents. I have seen this happen quite a bit with the browngoods side of things

Hi, anyone had the latest letter from Teka ?, it looks like they may out-source their customer service, im not sure what implications this will have for service agents !.

Might be worth trying alexandra http://www.alexandra.co.uk, we use them for clothing, and i think you can upload logos to them.

Re: best but cheapest bosch ?

I agree with Don, The Bosch WAE24363GB is a good machine, i have sold quite a few with no problems. Inmans & Portway do put these machines on monthly specials quite often. Regards Geoff
