    yeah the origonal fault was tripping electrics the heater was short to earth. i canged the motor and half way through the wash the heater went short to earth again. thought it was just a faulty part so changed it again and exactly the same thing happened

    hive had one of these and it turned out to be the bottom element that had low insulation

    There is 120 volts coming out of the pcb to the door lock. The rest ancestors checks ok. Would it make a difference if the lamp doesn’t work think the bulb has gone as there is power to it

    Yeah I’ve checked the child lock. I’ve checked resistance through door lock and motor. Also if you try access the test function nothing happens all the lights still flash

    Checked door lock only 120 volts to door lock

    servis were carrying out reairs for the indipendent retailers but that has been shut now

    hi
    you would be subcontracting to us and we would pay you for the completed call. if there is a recall for the same fault and is the same part thats faulty within 30 days you can still charge for the call out if there is a recall within 7 days then you cannot carge for the call out. if you get a recall say after 20 days and the first time you replaced a heater then you replace the heater and stat you can still charge for the completed call there all basic product and to be honest after looking at a few there not bad to work on one you have it out you can change a circ pump on a dw in 15 mins

    they do take this matter serious my dad has a hair dressers shop and they carried out spot checks on it after he ignored it 3 or 4 times then started legal action so he paid it befor it went any further

    yes its maple but surley if the appliances not that good doesnt that meen more work. The cooker are not the same ones that they used to have they didnt comform to british standards and we told them even designed a mod for them but didnt get us any where so we stopped working with them abot 4 years ago and only just started again. the washer that they do look like haier machines and so do the dishwashers. they seem dead easy to work on once you got them out
