ModeratorOur Neff oven does exactly the same, quite nice at this time of year but a bit warm in summer.:)
Didnโt happen with ovens years ago but modern ovens have a lot of sensitive electronics at the front which need to be kept safe from overheating.

ModeratorIt will be the control panel cooling fan, perfectly normal.

ModeratorHave the bearings gone or has it burnt out? If burnt out it would need a new relay or the old one opening up carefully and the contacts cleaning. The pulleys, stators etc can be interchanged so its possible to make a spin motor out of a wash motor and vice versa.

ModeratorThis is a screen grab from the manual.

ModeratorFor a W1606.
Automatic door opening
The machine comes with an automatic door
opening function, which means that the door
opens automatically once the programme has
finished.
If you wish to prevent small children or pets
from climbing into the machine, you can deactivate
the automatic door opening function.
1. Turn off the machine using the main power
switch.
2. Press the Door Open button while simultaneously
pressing the main power switch.
Release the buttons.
3. Press the Key button and the red field goes
out. Automatic door opening is now deactivated.
4. Press the Start/Stop button to store the
setting.
If you want to reactivate the function, follow
the instructions above. When you press the
button with the key symbol (point 3), the red
fields light up. Store the setting by pressing
the Start/stop button.March 6, 2019 at 2:26 pm in reply to: door not auto opening post clearing a blockage_ ISE1606W #460752iadom

ModeratorDo you still have your user manual? I think it is on page #18 that refers to door settings.
Turn OFF the machine using the main power switch.
Press and hold the SUPER RINSE button then switch on.
AdO is shown if set to auto open, AdF is shown if auto open is not activated. Press the SUPER RINSE button to change the setting.
Press the DOOR OPENING button to save the setting.iadom

ModeratorWhat is an invent?????
Does it stop filling instantly as soon as you remove the mains power.
PS a full model and serial number would help. ๐
iadom
ModeratorWhen you say it refills, does it continue to fill even when switched off. Is it filling slowly with a small amount of water in the drum or is it filling at full force through the soap dispenser drawer?
PS. What is an ‘electronic control invents’?
