But having demonstrated what you are and how stupid you are (like admitting to reading the rules of this site then ignoring them) I would suggest your opinion doesn’t count for much.
Or when someone is so stupid they just cannot give up and find the need to bicker back as clearly you do.

Well holding your breath so as to use BOTH you brain cells at the same time to do the thinking, in your case IS extremely dangerous.
I can but hope that when you next do it the thought process is long enough for the inevitable to happen and we can move forward celebrating your loss.
Once again I await with such anticipation, your next post, although depending on the contents I might be a little while whilst I have a change of underwear after urinating myself laughing at it.

So you admit to reading the rules which explicitly state we will not give advice on DIY gas repairs and you then afterwards ask for the advice.
You do nothing but further prove the point that you are stupid, that you are an idiot and that left to your own devices you are dangerous.
I await your further proof with your next meaningless, stupid post to which I will respond further after recovering from laughing at it.

I wondered how long it would be before you came back arguing again.
Your inability to understand the rules of this forum or in your case ability to read them is to be frank, quite astounding and your constant drivel does nothing but confirm just how abundantly stupid you are, but I will admit even I didnt think you could demonstrate your ability to be, as my friend DrDill puts it, an idiot, quite as well as you seem to be able to.

I dont think so Martin, the OP came on and posted a perfectly reasonable request for help and four of us gave him a perfectly reasonable answer advising him on safety issues not to attempt to do what he was doing.
The OP not getting the answer he wants then wanted to engage in an argument to try to justify his reasoning during which it became undeniable clear that he hasnt got the first clue what he is doing and by continuing against our advise he proved he was dangerous.
Martin would you like this unqualified, inexperienced cowboy of a guy, playing with and attempting to bypass the safety devices on his gas unit living next to you, after all if it goes tits up, it might by you and or your family in the hospital or morgue. If the answer to that is yes, I hope some day you get what’s coming to you.
To the original OP.
I read it, I realised what you said, I just don’t believe you for one second. If you really wanted to take our advise you wouldn’t have carried on the argument and tried to justify yourself. its easy coming on here saying your gonna do something but your attitude is you know best, so just say what you want to shut us up, after all who is going to know after all.
And yes I hope if something went wrong when you have played about with something you know nothing about and ignored advise you asked for because you no knowing about it, that the victims of your bloody minded attitude were no one else but YOUR loved ones, why should anyone else’s have to suffer. You shouldn’t be allowed the easy way out in such a circumstance and you should be made to live with your conscious as a result.

IMHO your wasting your time on trying to explain why the law is the law here.
Unless we agree he is right and on that basis advise the OP on how to do what he wants to achieve, he clearly isnt interested.
Let him do it his way, he clearly knows better than us whom spend thousands on the training and certification, not to mention the years gaining the experience to be safe in the industry.
All we can hope for is its his family being blown up and killed rather than somebody else; it will be his concious after all, and then with a bit of luck we can go to Court when he is on a manslaughter charge and tell the court we told him so.
Some people just don’t want to listen, the OP is one of them. We have better things to do and can help people whom really want the help.

When there are comments like this, it makes you wonder, so why not compare it this an AirBag on a car, Only recently has the law required them to be fitted and in answer to the second part, yes, loads more people died in accidents before they were fitted, thats why the government stepped in to force ALL car manufacturers to fit them.

You are attempting to play around with a deliberate and specific safety device on a gas product.
You will find it difficult to obtain information and guidance from anyone on here to do that given interfering with such things may result in your, and or your families and or your neighbours death should something go wrong.
Best wait till the correct part arrives I think.

Now they are trading / ripping off people under the name of Go Local Repairs Limited and MyLocalRepairs Limited.
Is it me alone that thinks that if your first attempt to run a business caused you to rack up CCJ’s and then send the company bust within 14 months owing lots to a lot, and having being caught out lying about the acquisition of a contract you could possibly even get near to holding, that trying it for a second time and then a third time isnt really the way forward for any honest trader?
These Phoenix entities IMHO are nothing but a front to a sham designed to rip every one off, but thats my point of view.

On another post you said this forum, which clearly in your opinion owes you some sort of debt of gratitude because you have posted on it, you said you were not going to post again as it didn’t serve your purpose.
And yet here you are being as argumentative as you can. It seems to me that unless we all agree with your way of doing things we are all wrong.
You have posted your response and findings on your original problem and I see no need to continue the thread further.
I will not permit this or any other thread to degenerate into a slanging match and so this ends now.
