That module is pre programmed.
There are two different ones fitted depending on serial number though, if the serial number is 0949 or above then you have the correct one, if it’s below the part number is 49017948.

Welcome to the CDSL guess the price club!
We used to spend over £30k a month with them and then discovered we could on most occasions buy cheaper direct from the manufacturer as a retail customer.
Over a period of time we dwindled it down to few hundred pounds a month and went elsewhere. It took them 2 years to realise.
The rep did pop in last year and asked why and when we told him he answer was ok I will get that sorted and get you back.
Heard nothing since and haven’t spent a penny with them since.
They want to cherry pick the biggest customers at the expense of those that helped them build their business in the first place. Our account was one of the oldest they had, back in the days when Mick Depper drove the van!
Loyalty with them is a nasty word not to be used so do t be surprised when they do what they have done to you.
Good luck for the future.

I am so sorry to learn of this and I wish you well for the future!
As Ken says, sometime in the future you will realise that it was the right thing to do and life can be rebuilt and work better but on a smaller scale.
Keep your chin up mate and look forward now to building what you need to keep your life on track.
You have my details if you think I can help in any way.

Not sure about other models parts availability but your machine is a Vestel manufactured unit and spares (except pcb) are readily available for it I believe.

ParticipantRe: Lamona/Hoover control panel
According to Hoover, the facia control panel for that model is unique and there is no alternative hoover version.
Part number is 41036995

ParticipantRe: Connect PCB policy.
Connect nor anyone else can interfere with the publics statutory rights thus a member of the public is afforded the ability to return the goods if they so choose (provided they follow the law regarding DSR).
B2B transactions are not covered by the same law and Connect effectively make up their own rules regarding returns.
A friend of mine whom is a Repaircare agent tells me he is able to return PCBs but other trade friends tell me they carnt.
I think your spend has something to do with it too. Those that spend a lot also seem to have the no returns policy waived whilst others that spend a little have it enforced.
We stopped using Connect some time ago, mainly because of pricing issues but this was a factor too.
I could usually by cheaper going direct to the manufacturer and get better support and a returns policy as an individual than as trade.
Sadly it’s the way of Connect

ParticipantRe: Only pay for what you sell ?
Would be interested IF we could do it through our Web retail side, not interested if a bricks and mortar shop is needed.

Blast from the past, it’s Alan Beetison of PESN fame in disguise.
I wonder if he ever paid up the £100’s of thousands he owed PESN agents, somehow I doubt it!

ParticipantRe: ISE10 Dorset
It is impossible to see into the future. Engineers may be willing to work on the appliance today, but not tomorrow, things change rapidly in this industry I am afraid.
