hello lee8 because if i go to a appliance let say a washing machine that need a pcb and the fix comes to 200 pounds, the customer might not want to go ahed with fix so that makes it ber?.and like every person calling a tradesmen out for a fee then that has to be paid.
and hello martin.have they got a forums?.

yes lee8.all the jobs we get are customers whos have been told its eiter 49 or 55 or 65 or 75 call out, diagnostic and labour fees plus parts if they needed.the price depends on the appliance types.
so again yes of i go to a customer an the apliance is ber then we charge the call out and labour.but again this dont happen much as we in the buisness to fix things lol

hello.i charge the quoted fee even if a appliance is ber.doesnt happen oftern i think maybe 2or3 times last few months.but basicaly yeah its a service charge so they payup.nac are fine though so if one refuses to pay thebill, they contact customer and credit the fee for that job.this happens just once since i started tho so not on oftern ocurance.

    Re: National home service NHS

hello mikeday1.if you use adwords then you ll know 20 pound is not daylight robery when the jobs you get are the good ones, booked and waiting for visit.better than doing the contractual jobs for 35 or 40 pound that you get paid for month later?.
i dont get any rubbish phone calls from them like i do my adwords and i bet you do to.unless you are going out for free, booking to phonecall ratio is poor and ts imposible to be number 1 all the time.you will vary depending on search term to keyword to ad content and landing page content all calculated and youll seee that you will have something called a quality score for alls keywords.you might see you at number 1 if you contactntly searching because you computer remebers the ads shown to you so its deceving.look in tools to see uou true position in real time and go to reports and you ll see an average postion.mine is 1.9 for electrical and 2.1 for appliance.we can appear top for less money than other bidders.its a mith that higest bid gets you top.its not true.
i reckon you ll be using adwords express?.if you are then stop.its to expencive as it automates everythings for you and in return you pay lots per click.
use proper adwords instead and invest hours to learn it.when you learn it you can get better result by spending less money by improving keywords quality score.
also, stop turning it off on a sunday.any quality score tou build during week will be reset if pausing for more than tweleve hours.this means you spend more money.instead set up ad sheduling for monday to saturday or whenever you want to display.this means you wont display on sundays but you not stopping ads so quality score does nt reset.this is only able though if not auto bidding.another no no.use research tool to estimate and play with manual biddin.
but yiu have got it right mikeday1.the trick tobeing good on adwords is making sure that every time the phone rings its ansered.1 you ve just paid for that phone call and 2 by the time you ring thems back they ve gone somewhere else.i dont think adwords would work with one men bands as they always under dishwahser ect so if taking lots of phone calls to then very anoying and busy day especialy if all the calls you pay for are free callout calls.
i started on adwords express and sinse moving to adwords months agi ive cut my spend by about fiftey {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and i still take calls at 20 pound referal comision because its much more than id get if doing the same for firms like connections and 0800repairs.
