    Thanks Bryan,
I found it in the end, it has a remote push button release, the part No is 814490538, the one you quoted is the same but without the mechanism for remote opening. Thanks for your help anyway.

You can get the bearings and seal, there are two sizes 35mm and 30mm, you won’t know which you need until you dismantal the machine, the old bearings are a bit tricky to get out and need some hammering. depending on what condition the spider shaft is in, I usually manage to clean it up, you may need a new drum spider. I’ve nether managed to get one off the drum though. I wonder if any engineers have managed to get those screws undone and how.

Is the 4th. light the “Drying” light, if so my manual reads
    Drying Light Flashing
    Cause 1:
Drying light will flash when “Delay Start” is set to twelve hours.
    Solution 1:
To cancel the Delay Start: Press the “Delay Start” button until all lights are out.
    Or
Press & hold the reset button for several seconds this will cancel all programmes.
    Cause 2:
Drying light wiil flash when progamme ended.
Please Note: The Drying light will continue to flash even if the appliance is switched off at the on/off switch. The light will go out when the next programme is selected.

Bought a manual from Indesit via Connect, cost near £20.00, when it appeared it was a photo copy stapled together. I would’nt even rate this a rip off, more like stealing.

I repaired the dryer fan on one of these, when I started the machine on dry to test ,it did as yours does, I think you will find it normal, can,t figure out why, put it down to these modern digital things.

    Hi
Had this problem once while I worked for Hotpoint, found the corrugated hose to pump from filter needed adjusting (re-aligning) it seemed to be forming an air lock somehow. Hope this helps, long shot but try it.

    Hi Bill,
    As written in the manual,

    TURBIDITY SENSOR
Situated in the hose between the circulation motor and heater, it consists of a infrared transmitter and receiver and it has two functions within the dishwasher, identifying the soil level and presence of rinse aid. The analogue it produces is sent to the control module for processing.
There is another sensor as follows,
    HIGH PRESSURE SENSOR
Mounted on the sump adjacent to the filters, It consists of a microswitch connected to a diaphragm that is activated on contact with water. When the water pressure flowing through the filters in the dishwasher falls below the level required to wash efficiently (below 15 bar) the microswitch opens sending a signal to the control module this activates the filter cleaning procedure.
Hope this locates your sensor, John

Thanks Alan, I will get on to EMW, the machine is only 18 months old these Indesits are daft, I usually go for the motors which are often faulty, but these PCB problems beat me, getting too old me thinks.

    Re: BEKO WMA765S FLASHING LED

Rang customer to find out what Service Force found, seems flashing main wash LED indicates circuit board failure. Thats odd, why did all components operate when I put it through the test programme?
