    did you get a resolve as I have the same issue with a customer saying cold at bottom with icing forcing the back plate away and warmer at the top of the freezer, hoping a 48hr defrost will ease things untill I can get more info as we don’t do a lot of refrigeration.

    To be honest I cant remember, if its the one I think I didnt get a resolve. Sorry I couldnt be of any help but they all seem to mere into one giant dishwasher after a while.

    done by putting nthe machine on its front and getting it from the back.

    There was a wiring kit supplied as a modification, but worth a shout cheers.

    connections are all where they came off from as far as I see, E9 fault still there so ordering new board in case its faulty, E8 before board change E9 after.Cheers Johnnyboy

    Ihave one the same, was it the timer? replaced the switch but no difference.

    So am I correct in thinking that it is not unusual for a board to blow when a new heater is fitted?

    Anyway I changed the heater box assembled all ok fitted the machine back into position switched it on and BANG, pcb blown Shit,,,,,,,,

    I took the arm off and no water came up through it ,plenty on the top one though. going to it tomorrow 07:30 nice one to start with.
