Sorry for hijacking the thread but the NTC would it stop the heater from heating? I know this soundsa lame but heater tests ok. PCB or NTC I thought, unless the heater comes complete

Sorry for hijacking this thread but I have the same fault, I was wondering if the fan in the freezer can be forced on via panel? Either faulty pcb not telling fan to come on or faulty fan?
Not unknown to be barking up the wrong tree though.Johnnyboy

ParticipantRe: indesit idl535 lights 1+3 flashing
hi thanks for the reply as i say not had much problems with these so excuse this question the turbidity sensor is that the part with the micro switch slotted into it at the sump ,did try and disconnect this with no joy .
cant even put it on a hot wash as it only fills for 8 secs then pumps out .
so might just have to strip it down .have had a similar fault with a whirlpool an had to fit a small card into the side tank its somesort of flow meter an noticed that this idl535 has something similar on the intake tank?January 19, 2009 at 5:23 pm in reply to: Neff s5453x1gb/55 just fills and drains, fills and drains…. #274611Johnnyboy
ParticipantRe: Neff s5453x1gb/55 just fills and drains, fills and drains
Sorry, no sign of mice she has 3 cats. The red float and microswitch combination is the pressure system? even mauually operating the red lever from the anti flood decice just stopped the filling but brought on the pump.

re gunged up tube to sump it is beautifully clean, something must tell the inlet valve to stop and the recirc motorto start.
