    All well and good for a few days but I think it will need a new door in the long run. Please correct me as I have one with same problem and customer doesn`t think heating the door with a haridrier was why she spent “all that money”

    There was a guy from LG technical who instructed me to duct tape the bottom vent beside the salad drawer, as you can imagine the customer was having none of that thank you verry much and refused the repair ( under warrenty) hardly surprising.

    back half part no 18307 , seemed compatible but hey can’t know everything . fast right fast left then1 min later no drum action ,could the brushes being so worn cause excssive current dEmand on the pcb?

    Cleaned front pipe changed pressure switch, side fill compartment fairly clean, It will start but when it needs to mt & refill The fault happens aaarrrggghhh, stop and retry and away it goes.

    Normally a 4 wire blue cutout causes the problem goes to the selector switch and cooling fan

    had similar and found broken wire at pump at rear.

    Changed the sensor /probe and module to no avail, I was still in the house as she orderded another one from John Lewis. Sorry I can be of no further help.

    Cheers Penguin but machine is dry no leak in this baby, would prefer to find anything broken instead of a blinking green LED that wont reset oor do anything

    Broken wire found on left hand side beside hinge the purple one. Seems to be working now. Thanks everyone

    I have one E13 rear NTC fault, only problem is I cant find a rear NTC!!!!! the heater has two stats the white spot kit was replaced as the y were o/c I shorted out the front ntc and got that up as an error just to check, but cant find a rear NTC on a 2 stat heater, Am I blind (or stupid)? Cheers

    the pump comes on at the start and then goes no further have checked water inlet valve ok checked diaphram an is working but can hear a noise from the base like a timer going through a sequence seems to be on the heater manifold?i have never noticed this part or ever had to change this part before .hopefuly this can put a bit more light on this .again many thanks

    Did you get to the bottom of this as I have the same problem with a customers one and its doing my head in ried NTC p s/w heater recirc motor am thinking it is the board????

    Does the new board come with a programmed E-Prom ?

    If the bits that stopped the impellar looked like a button then it could be the pump impeller coming to pieces.
