I have one thats not heating and tripped the circuit breaker, I take it that its very easy to replace the motor/heater? integrated model ,pipes tight so you can’t ease it out, feet at max height and that bloody plastic base. Is it an upside down job or is there an easier way, at nearly £200 quid for the motor I hope its that.

sorry should have made it clearer, when the test button is operated the tray rotates and twists, it just won’t do that on its own (ie. left overnight).

hi, it is a front to back ice maker, the water fills and it freezes, however it won’t tip the ice out on its own, so the next water delivery freezes on top (repeat) until it spills over onto the top shelf and out of the dispenser hole.

Thanks for that, I shall tell her to Jam the door closed with a chair to see if that helps, would explain why it never happened on a pre wash.

Re: Zan fridge freezer ZRB224NXO PNC 925041074 Ser no 151002

Sorry to butt in on a thread but I have an issue with one, in that the freezer works fine, even icing clear drain hole and a nice powerful fan. The fridge on the other hand is lovley and warm, cant feel any air from the vents. I tried taping over the vents in the freezer to see if I could force air inro the fridge, but no. 48 hr defrost and try again was the order of the day , if still no success, any ideas?

Sorry Dave I was unaware of a reset on these bad boys. Never mind the list of fault codes.

I have an issue with this little…… top off screws out bottom plate off screws off the 4 screws holding on the front plate off,the 4 screws from the front plate onto the tub off. But Istill am unable to remove the front plate, I think it has something to do with the strange door boot as it seems stuck to the front plate. no amount of pulling the unit up or pushing the plate up moved it . HELP. even tried taking the side panel off but there is a screw behind the front plate. Its the recirc pump im trying to replace as removing the PCB still wont allow my ridiculously large hands in. hope you can help . Cheers Johnnyboy

yes ,its not held on by a retaining front spring its, sorta attached to the front. Not the usual 4 screws off, seal unclipped and it falls off type.

are you sure? as the seal is stuck to the front and not removable like the normal models.

Similar idea to the whirlpool one. except when it takes in water it works. problem seems to be it is not asking for water.

the aqua stop is not being asked to work. I take it the reed switch is the little impellar that measures the amount of water delivered?

try the blue thermal limiter beside the controls and cooling fan, 4 wires from memory.
