    the problem I had was the actuator in the heater housing was not activating the microswitch in the heater chamber.heard it clicking but remained normally open.

    I had the sump fixing screws loose on one machine, just loose enough not to notice first and second visit but after a few washes the drips activated the flood float.

    How did you get on? I have one to do and it looks like they have pop rivited in the bottom plate is this norma; or is it the 3 screws above them?

    sorry to hijack this thread but I need to replace the main fan element, do you take the entire rear off to access the 2 bolts or am I missing a trick?

    replaced heater had good result, Much later on still doing same but only when Im not there works fine when Im there. Is there a test prog or reset for programmer, customers voice could strip paint and she uses the Alex Ferguson “hairdrier” technique

    No errors showing, just mostly the drum wont move then away it goes

    I replaced the switch on the door of the freezer and the fan, aint been back (yet)
