    there is an adjustment on the top basket just not the typical 2 sets of wheels its the handles at either side of the basket pull them out and up lets the basket lift to a higher position i would guess that some of the customers dinner plates are hitting the top wash arm and preventing it turning during wash cycle the adjustment should solve the problem

    its the same as the older model widl machines plastic condenser theres a large clamp around the condenser securing it to the tank if you look down the inside of the cabinet you will see it usually its secured with a 7mm bolt not easy to get at but can be done

    had the exact problem last week same model and it was the main board think the part no was CO0254298

    if its the main pcb in the base that you changed it needs to be programmed with a smart card and reader

    if its the rotary type dispenser there is a modified dispenser out that cures the leak problem part no is

    fitted loads for nuisance leaks at dispenser and not had a problem well not with leaking from disp lol…. 😀

    check the motor brushes sounds like there just about worn out stops the machine working but door stays locked

    got a phone call today
    when are you doing all the jobs you cancelled

    except for the 1 call i managed in that time i cleared my driveway at 8 am got to my 1st [and only] job at 10:20 am which was 6miles from my house got stuck in the customers road until kindly neighbours pushed my van at 11:45 am
    with heavy snow falling and cars abondoned everywhere i decided time to head home better to keep myself healthy and my van undented me thinks gets home at 12.50 pm one job complete and completely soaked and exhausted thinking to myself at least i went out and tried
    guess who will look out the window next time write the day off and climb back into bed
    i was more than willing to do extra jobs etc and make up a half day to be told my 5hours of effort count for nowt !!!!
    you gotta laugh when these big companies employ advisers to boost employer/employee relations ❗

    first check is for worn out motor brushes failing that broken wire at motor plug

    had something similar a while back it was the motor toc going open circuit then reseting machine dies then bursts into life again ❓

    have a good look at the main module a common fault was leaking from the dryer unit onto main board causing weird faults then module burn out

    edit just read post again gotta be f02 motor or f08 heater relay as it blew electrics sounds like f02 motor fault ❗

    yep same as rocketman dont believe getting a resistance over the fan motor makes it ok use a magnet on the freezer door so you can visually check fan motor operation
    was also told during mfi days by there tech dept if the sensor in the fridge failed its unrepairable as the part is foamed in. ❓
