Ken
the fact you “assumed” it was me or an Indesit employee who re-opened the thread kinda says a lot !! don’t you think !!
i know absolutely nothing about this resurfacing would appear to be your member homecare who has reopened the thread as you can clearly see the last time i was on this thread was March 7th …At the original time of posting i thought i was doing a favour to unemployed members on here offering a job opportunity i have absolutely no intentions of using your site again to advertise jobsjohn

ParticipantRe: Washer heater removal tool
there is a very easy way to get out even the most stubborn heaters loosen the securing nut then pour a kettle full of boiling water into the drum leave for a few minutes this will soften heater seal from the inside tip machine forward [to avoid water pouring out ]and the heater will come out easily with some gentle pulling

ParticipantRe: Conventional tumble dryers to cease?
the heat units will be replaced as a whole unit when they fail no regassing involved
and i heard the chinese are guaranteeing the heat pump units for life and will replace any faulty units f.o.c to manufacturers
now i do get the irony chinese and quality guarantees :clown:

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Service
have to agree with lee8 i work for said company and no way could the engineer simply refuse to go back without a good excuse also as many know work is not that busy at the moment i would be very surprised if the customer would have to wait so long for another visit indesit are offering sameday next day service in most areas at the moment

ParticipantRe: Indesit IS70C tumble dryer condensing in heater casung
open the door push a small screwdriver into the microswitch then put your hand towards the drum holes at the back you should get a good flow of hot air if not remove the condenser if the flow of air gets a lot better check for blockage between filter and condenser if no blockage change condenser even if it looks ok

ParticipantRe: indesit cooker hood h563
take the main pcb out of the black casing and the fuse is easily visible just held into a normal fuse holder no need for soldering just a push fit
jonnieboy
ParticipantRe: indesit cooker hood h563
if i remember there is a small fuse in the main pcb usually bulb has blown and taken the fuse out

ParticipantRe: li62 seal
if its the seal that comes with the 3 metal clips its easy to fit
you fit it onto the tub not the door using the metal clips theres no need to remove the old seal thats crimped onto the bottom of the door just leave it there -
