Yeah for sure,Went last night great atmosphere,and now looking forward to the pompey game on saturday(if they are still in business)still i expect we would get refunds and a bye in to the next round.Can’t belive i’m watching the same club after all that has gone on over the last few years.

this is what its all about. If the customer sources and buys the part themseves then they are responsible for either chasing credits/refunds etc should that part fail again, whats more we are entitled to charge again for fitting the replacement should that happen.
Same here,wev’e had a few cases when quoting for bosch pumps,customer says there much cheaper off ebay(you know the ones,the blue covered type that are poor quality)we just don’t entertain the job because it will only give us grief!!kladave
