It is an error code by the sound of it but just what it’s telling you I can’t seem to find out.

Lawrence or one of the Smeg agents may be able to point you in the right direction but my best guess, a sensor error.

Are Minerva any better? I’’ve no idea as I’ve nothing to do with them and not dealt with them but mainly as I was waiting over a year to get a spares account opened. Despite promises made it never happened.

Needless to to say I gave up.

Didnt bother trying again as there seemed little point really.

But it if they keep customers waiting like that, it ain’t good.

And heard mutterings about a legal fight over fraudulent claims and a bust up with a certain company with Minerva not honouring claims and policies.

All in in all sounds like a frying pan > fire moment.
