Well if there’s any comments to be made about ND I hope people will make them in the ND forum that is now open for business. After all, if you don’t say anything or make clear points that you’re not happy about how can you expect anything to be done about them?

Just a wild guess, but I don’t think that some will see it that way. 😉

I have to say that, thus far, I’m most impressed and pleased to be working directly with MFI (I prefer to work direct mostly anyway, far better IMO) as the team there seem realistic and down to earth. They seem very keen to listen and help in any way that they can and I have to hand that to them.

What is most surprising is the stark difference between working with MFI and having to work through a third party, the relationship is *FAR, FAR* better than ever it was as many of the so-called problems simply do not exist on a direct basis. I’ve had answers to reports and questions in minutes or hours instead of days and weeks just as an example!

Much of the admin hassles have been removed as well which is great, we can get on with what we’re good at as opposed to fluffing figures etc. and that is, providing service.

As I said, we all need to be paid more to make it work, brown and whitegoods.

However, I just can see JT hovering like a grinning vulture over the dead carcass of Endeva. 😉

I also note that the NESN propoganda machine stepped up a notch to try to reassure everyone that they were on target financially, that being the cases then I have to ask, why the f**k can they not pay their bills on time?

    Indeed Alex.

But here’s a thought for you all before you rush off to spend the promised millions that’s to be made…

If it were that easy and potentially that profitable all the local councils and waste management companies would be falling over themselves to do this work since they already have the infra structure to cope with it. They’re not, think on why that is. 😉

How is it best to describe that move from the work provider I wonder, childish, bullish, stupid, provocative or just plain old nasty vindictive.

Or perhaps all of the above! 😉

Personally I’m well glad to be shot of them if they’re going to behave like that and throw their toys from the pram every time someone says or does something that doesn’t suit them.

Were it me I’d remind them who’s name was on the letterhead and who runs *MY* company, and it’s not some jumped up accountant that doesn’t know the first thing about service!

You’re testing the memory here to the limit, but if I remember rightly F3 is a motor/carbons error, if they’re okay then the power card could be goosed.

Yes, I’ve heard of such insurance and I agree that it should be at the providers risk, not yours. But these third-party providers take enough of the cake, surely they should carry some of the burden of risk rather than just walking away with an attitude of “tough” as seems to be the case here?

😆 Is that after I’d put them on a total stop? There is no way on God’s green Earth that I’d continue working for a company that stuffed me in that manner or took that attitude. I’d wager that some agents lose a fortune on it, or a fortune to them at least.

In addition, if I did have to pursue customers I’d be handing them JTM’s number to find out why I wasn’t being paid for the call. See how they like taking the grief rather than the service agent! 😉

The forms for attendance of the DASA AGM this year are in the “Downloads” section as “Word Documents” now.

More on this later when I get time to type it out.

And this afternoon I’ve been told that JTM are not going to honour the work carried out on their behalf for Powerhouse, i.e. not pay for work passed to their agents up until the latest calls so the agents lose money or have to pursue the customer.

I have a sneaking feeling that may well be illegal, they passed the work, they requested it was carried out, they should pay the bill!

In any case it’s not very nice, not nice at all.
