There is no record of that model can you check it is correct and, if possible, give the PNC as no doubt there’ll be umpteen versions of it.

    Re: Mercury RC1090 instruction/service manual

    Hi,

I may be able to get a copy of the user manual but a service manual, I highly doubt it.

AGA Rangemaster bought the Mercury brand, who were then bought by Middleby and support is, will we say, lacking.

Then you’ve got this to contend with:

    Re: kdw60x13 error code —

    I presume that’s a Kenwood one?

If so it’s actually made by Midea, a Chinese company and branded, possibly exclusive to Currys.

One of the guys may have come across it but I’ve no info on what that means.

Re: Liebherr CS-2062 Freezer Alarm Problem

In that case the freezer thermistor is this one:

    https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/9590206 … ure-sensor

It’s been changed, will not be the same as the original.

It’s also possible even probable that’s the reason for it but the fridge and freezer have separate compressors so, it could be a refrigerant system issue also.

Re: Liebherr CS-2062 Freezer Alarm Problem

Okay if there’s no service number, is this a commercial unit?

Perhaps a special for someone that Liebherr made?

If it is and there’s no service number we will not be able to access any information on the unit whatsoever so, we would not be able to tell you what parts are fitted, if you’re ordering the correct part or even if you’re on the right track with the diagnosis. Reason being, we’ve no idea what we’re looking at.

The CS-2062 is pretty much meaningless so far as I can tell and I did try the other numbers you gave but to no avail also.

A fuller explanation of how and what information is required for Liebherr is here:

    https://help.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/support … pare-parts

If we can’t find the unit, we can’t tell you anything is basically the position.

A word of caution though if you are thinking on taking a punt on some part that “looks like” what you think it could be or a model that “looks like” the one you have, there are multiple iterations and variations with Liebherr. Order the wrong one, a couple digits different on the service number is all it takes and you will all too possibly get an incorrect part, even if it looks the same.

This applies to most these days but getting to the correct part number on Liebherr is utterly vital and it is very easy to mess up. That’s why we don’t show model numbers or service numbers on Liebherr spares, it’s too easy to botch ordering them.

    Re: Necht wqp12-9319 Smell/Slime Issue

Jim’s point is there’s not a scrap of info available for Necht so support for any of their machine is usually tantamount to zero.

It’s an own label brand, it will be something else, probably a Chinese dishwasher from one of the usual suspects but what it is, what’s in it etc… your guess is likely as good as ours.

It will be something in it or it could be leaking into the base, the Chinese dishwashers are good at that. But beyond that and what you’ve done without knowing what it is, it’s hard to offer much more.

You will have to be more specific on what cabinet it is, a global search on that info gave this…

Err, we kinda did tell people about it, there’s even an article on it here:

    http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/fix- … hermistors

That even tells you what thermistors are used.

And, ehm, they’ve been in our store with notes for about a year.

I’d hardly consider that not mentioning it!!!

    Re: Cata single oven tripping.

It sounds like it’s shorted in some way internally.

At a guess, selector switch or wiring possibly with moisture in it if it was cleaned with liquid.

I’ve not been inside a Cata oven nor have we access to any technical or spares info on them so I can’t really advise beyond that but, from what I’ve seen of them, they’re not exactly rocket science.
