That one can have either the 30 or 35mm bearing kit in it and they swapped them about, at times seemingly at random. 😕
If you can measure the diameter of the rear bearing we should be able to confirm the correct bits with that for you.

It is physical damage, point of impact on the side.
If it had done as they claim it wouldn’t show the spidering there and would be a clean break so, they could be telling porkies. 😉

WTA website has technical issues that are being resolved, means moving hosts and stuff, not simple or fast.
I have no idea on subs, you’d have to email on subscriptions@whitegoodstradeassociation.org to find out but, if access is removed the chances are it’s unpaid.
And if it was, there would have been multiple reminders sent before that happened.

All too possible.
All you do is go terminal number for terminal number unless there’s info saying otherwise.

The original one fitted to your cooker, as I said, is actually obsolete now and replaced by that one.

I did say that they can be physically different yet still be perfectly correct. Images and looks on spares often isn’t the be all and end all as they do change over time. 😉
I would very much doubt the ring being faulty, the chances of that are astronomically low.

The record pump is the main wash motor, there’s also the drain pump.
Not really any instructions as such, it’s really just a case of stripping out the underneath to get to them but, releasing the hoses should allow you to see or feel anything major in there causing issue.

Sadly there’s not a lot of info on that machine I can locate. So, I, Bob or anyone will probably need a little help here…
Could anyone with access to Partfinder or whatever WP/HP et all are using get me a blowout of this so I can see what the layout is please? A part list would be good also if poss.
