KeymasterRe: miele washing machines tank
So far as I know the bearings can be replaced in all Miele machines.

Sorry for the downtime through the night, looks like the server was under attack by some Ukrainian mob. 🙁
You’d think they’d have better things to do… like fight off the Russians!
Now sorted.

No problem, generic instructions are here, they vary a bit from machine to machine but not a lot most of the time…

Just for info, I noticed this and added that lock here:

Not a lot of info on it other than, it’s been changed a couple of times by the look of it.

KeymasterRe: Integrated tumble driers..where are they all?
Depending on where about you are, one of the guys on here may well be able to help you and, be a lot cheaper than Mr Bosch.

KeymasterRe: Integrated tumble driers..where are they all?
The reason is that they are technically “difficult” to do, can have issues with airflow especially if the installation isn’t absolutely spot on and that has become increasingly more difficult with customer expectations on load capacities.
It was very common to have condensation problems on the wooden facing door and suchlike. From what I can gather they are service call magnets.
So, due to the rising cost of producing them in the low sales volume they attract, the difficulty making them to work, aftersales hassles and the reluctance of people to pay for them I think most manufacturers have either given or all but given up on them.

Should just be standard amp tags, any DIY store, car parts store and so on will usually have them.
We get them in packs of ten like this:

Door lock and microswitch, the wiring and connectors you’ll have to rebuild unless you fancy buying a full wiring loom as, that’s the only way most any manufacturer will supply such a thing.
All you can do is trace out the bust one complete or, chop and then replace the broken bit.

KeymasterRe: Hotpoint DWF 30 Control Module
To configure a lot of the newer boards you need to have the equipment to do it.
For Hotpoint that involves a smart card and reader/programmer of an Indesit Company laptop.
In other words, you can’t really do it. 🙁

The door lock is here:

The microswitch doesn’t seem to pop up anywhere but, given the low cost of the complete lock it’s probably not worth the bother as Jim says.

I’ve no clue what they’ve done there and I’ve no contact there any longer either, they moved all the tech support to Slovenia. 🙁

KeymasterRe: ISE level sensor connectors
I’d trawled through all I have and there’s nothing on this.
What wires were on what connectors of the old one as usually it’s terminal to terminal number unless there’s a mod sheet with it?

Almost certainly the water valve solenoid has failed or is blocked for the water and, it’s not a cheap thing…
