    Re: Gorenje Oven Error 11

You’re not going to like this Gorenje tech says….

Zero cross failure on the power board BIO – at connecting of the oven to the mains there is nothing on display, after 30 seconds error appears

    Solution:

    replace the power board

    Not good.

I can confirm that we do have stock of that part.

What I can’t do is confirm that’s the problem obviously as previous.

Sorry but we don’t have any Trevor and the price from Gorenje, the last I checked, was stupid at over £200. 🙁

    Re: Database

    Do you mean Rapport?

It can be used either locally, as in installed on a PC on your local network with all the database etc there. But set up correctly it can be used remotely so that, for example, you can install in your office but use it from home.

Or, it can be installed on a remote server and used across the web.

It’s not tracking software though, as in, it doesn’t allow you to see a realtime map of where the engineers are, that’s a thing I don’t know I’ve really been asked about all that much, I suspect as, you pretty much know where they are as you’re getting the call data back if the engineers use web or mobile to complete/update the calls as they go.

But yes, it should cope with five engineers without even blinking and there’s a few of the guys that use it on here that may be able to tell you more.

The Rapport site is offline though, we had an issue with that and a few others when the server failed that we’re still sorting out but I’ve asked Sudeep to have a look into it.

Yes, in your browser or PC where it lives. 😉

It’s not done by the board.

I think I know what you mean and, unless it’s a setting you can alter in the board preferences for an individual account then, no, afraid not as that’s the default with the newest post first.

Scroll down, hit the “View new posts” and it’ll cut it down considerably.

    Re: ISE 1606W fault

    Possible.

I don’t know if we even have one, I’d need to ask or, raise a support ticket on the help desk and Dave will look for one for you.

If we have one at the old prices on stock it won’t be too bad price wise but, on the new prices from our Slovenian friends, not so much.

    Re: Lamona oven error 22????

    Good luck with that!

Then, good luck getting any parts for it!

Bearer of bad news, I know but, that one’s a known issue to me. So far as I can tell it’s a Samsung oven or, an oven that’s come from the same place as Samsung ones do and, far as I can figure, there’s zero support for them.

GDHA may be able to help but, it’s GDHA.

    Hi Rob,

If you’re non-technical… you’re kinda getting into a technical thing to be doing.

The terminal numbers refer to the ones on the switch.

The coordinates are the connector blocks and pin numbers on the board.

If you can’t work those out I’d strongly suggest calling a professional.

It’s a case of stripping out the base I’d imagine but I’m not familiar with that machine.
