KeymasterIn that case I’d advise getting it looked at under warranty.
There is no way to slow it down.

KeymasterCheck the venting as if that’s not correct that is exactly the sort of problem you’d expect.

KeymasterDaewoo has sadly ceased trading, at least in the guise that it was until about 2018/19 or thereabouts but now, other than very few functional parts (not all) all parts are obsolete.
The chances of getting any support, plastics, shelves and so on are pretty much zero sadly.

KeymasterIt’s a “thing” that comes up every time the conference is on and there’s always the same answer that not many seem to appreciate, there is no one answer with what supplier to use.
None. Not one. Will fulfil all needs all of the time.
You need options on availability, price and speed.
If you hitch your wagon to one supplier I’d say that was a massive, massive error.

KeymasterIf that cooker is what I think it to be then it’s a dual fuel one with a gas hob and two electric ovens (no separate grill) that doesn’t use a regulator like that.
But you may be better to do this by email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk as the image restrictions will not apply there.

KeymasterNo plate regulator has just two terminals on it. Most Britannia grill ones are regulated by the oven thermostat.
But what cooker is this for please, we’d need the ART etc to check it for you. As explained here:

KeymasterIt’s this one Dave, it looks like everything is routed through it:

KeymasterThe big problem just now is the volumes as it’s that time of the year.
Even if all the paperwork is filled out fine, one box on the shipment that has dodgy paperwork (even if there’s nothing wrong in reality) holds the entire shipment. So it takes very little to cause a problem and hold stuff up. Then there’s the issue of trucks being held in and out.
The whole thing is depressingly complex and I don’t understand all of it by any stretch I just rely on what I’m told by people that do understand it all. Then I see things that took a day or two to get to me in the UK now taking two or three times that, sometimes longer and think, what was the point of imposing all this cost and delay on businesses. And all that cost and delay just gets put onto customers ultimately.
