Re: ISE Appliances cease trading-who deals with warranty cla

Like l stated, responses should be aimed not at me for asking questions, but to the people posting the factually damaging info.

If it bores you, walk away. I get insulted daily, comes with my current role. I’m unaware of the OP’s history, I never stated he was correct, so engage your brain and stop with the incorrect assumption. A simple explanation such as you have provided or a response to him here stating that his incorrect and potentially damaging comments are factually wrong as opposed to jumping on me seems a little odd and adds further thoughts that something is off.

Just a thought, l await the yours and ken’s responses to his comments to him.

Hey the very fact you use insults and mocking comments is good enough for me, it proves you’re lack of intellect.

Sterling were never, ever asked to provide a warranty. Probably because, as they rightly state, that’s not what they do or have ever done. They probably didn’t know and didn’t care what the account was used for.

You and others are reading something into this that is not there, was never there, was never promised and is purely a figment of the reader’s imagination.

Or that perhaps the spin put on it suits the agenda of simply stirring the pot because whoever is a bit hacked off.

    K.
So the quote is incorrect. Sterling was never mentioned on the ISE website. If so maybe it should be made clear that that comment is factually incorrect or ask the poster to retract it as it’s incorrect.

That’s a slightly ridiculous comment. Actually no, that is a really dumb response. But hey, kinda not unexpected from you. My point being if l’m recommending a product to clients and the main USP is a 10 yr warranty, promoted by the brand on the website, to then find the business has gone tips up, the warranty useless and the company quoted on the site has no knowledge of & does not have that facility within its business, I’d be pretty pissed.

But maybe I’m just a dick head.

That’s aimed at Jackal, Ken wrote as l was writing.

I’m not accusing, but he states ISE site states that Sterling was used to lodge funds, when Sterling was approached they stated they have no knowledge of, or involvement in, the provision of any warranties.

That is perfectly normal business practice is it?

Reading whiterthanwhites comments regarding Sterling would suggest otherwise. You don’t need to justify to me, l have no interest in and am not a client of ISE or any other business those directors are involved in, if l was though, l would be a bit concerned.

Director information for ISE Ltd lists Ken as Secretary and one of the 3 directors. Odd then considering some of the comments l read here.

Is it not serious fraud using false information on a website.

Find a map of China, close your eyes and stick a pin in it. That’s as close as you’ll get.

Was there no engineers in our industry in the 60’s, 70’s etc etc or has our expectation, lack of patience and a world that allows us a larger audience to vent our anger now adds to conditioning our minds to demand the impossible in a world as large as it currently is.

Sounds as though either a sensor is defective or the control. Cooling fan shouldn’t run that long and as all pyrolytic cookers use more sensitive temp monitoring, so their usually within a 3{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} + – range, as their on more expensive models.

Something believes your oven is hotter than it actually is.

It could be one of several faults, which are found on all refrigerators, Beko no different. We’ll need a little more info.
