Are the brushes on those not removable from the holders? Every picture I can find seems to show removable carbons and they look pretty standard for use on a lot of machines.

You can do it from the front, possibly do it through the back from the vent panel but neither would require the drum to come out.

    Ken,

It’s a commercial dryer and the part you posted goes inside an outer casing:

The ceramic connection is the heater itself, it’s not a stat. If it’s O/C then the heater is away.

The fault you have (8E) is an ice maker sensor error. Don’t think the sensors are available on their own so you’re looking at the ice maker. Before changing the ice maker I’d make sure the 2 connections to the ice maker are in correctly and aren’t just loose.

There is a reset button on the ice maker. Hold it down and it should chime and then run a cycle, resulting in the fins turning all the way round, then it taking in water.

What happens when you cycle the ice maker?

Side by side, fridge was literally a foot thick with ice, the fan cable was stretched and nearly snapping. The customer thought I would have “a spray that could sort it quickly”.

Or the customer who “left a key under the plant pot” where there were something like 32 of them spread about in the garden.

Housing association customer, hadn’t used machine in 1.5 years all the while it sat filled with dirty water and he didn’t understand why refused to touch it on the grounds of it being a health hazard.

Electric hob tripping electrics after another company had changed a solid plate, turned out they left something behind.

Just got a new phone and it’s messed all my photos up, but pulled a few I could find.

This one was the cooker tripping the electrics and smelt of burning. No wonder, it was like this inside and out.

Got the same and also the same followup. Just pointed him to our privacy policy and told him to take a hike.
