ParticipantI concur a 10 min job. Skin of the knuckles maybe but a very easy job
Have a look at the underside of the machine and you will see where the jockey arm comes through the base it is clipped in

leave fridge door open, it has iced up behind the back panel
could be a number of things
evap heater -gutter heater- sensor or just a cut out
the noise you here is ice hitting the fan

putting it all back together when the light came on ,so started to shake all cables and found a loose neutral on the comp,sometimes it touched and all was well. total time waster
still we wil know next time
