    Del wrote:Hi,

Obviously macmini is not as clued in as he needs to be. He does not seem to be aware that all OEM’s produce a range of appliances, from budget through mid range to premium.

Any one who has actually seen the ISE machine will be more than aware of which category the ISE machine falls into.

He is also not aware that several, of both internal and external parts on the ISE machine are exclusive to ISE
    .
He is not aware that a standard Beko appliance does not come with a five year parts guarantee included in the purchase price. ISE appliances do !

He must also realise that unless he is a Beko appointed service provider he will not retain both the in guarantee and out of guarantee service work on the machine for a full five years, from date of purchase with ISE he would.

He is not aware that ISE appliances are exclusive to the independent section of the trade and will therefore not have to compete with the sheds

He is not aware that the service rates on the ISE machine far exceed all of the leading brands on the market today.

No other brand allows you to build and retain your own customer base and over time build it into a real asset to give a value to the saleability of your business, as used to be the case with manufacturers in years gone by. ISE does

Brand servicing is usually only given to a select few of the larger service providers in a given area. The ISE brand is open to all, provided they are a reputable company with a professional out look and are willing to undergo full product training, irrespective of the size of their company.

UKW training seminars have been held in nearly every location through out the uk, we have also written to every independent domestic appliance repairer with news of free training and the ISE brand. So unless you have been living in a cave, then everyone should have had the opportunity to find out about both UKW & ISE.

    Sean,

No need to be like that, were there? 🙄

I’m aware of most of what you said, I work, as Penguin said, in one of the major retailers in the UK, i’m currently training up to become a white goods engineer, through work.

So, no, i don’t know everything, no need to talk to me like a kid though.

Surely, as a moderator, it’ll be somewhere in the stats how many topics there are on the boards? I bet it’s high though, especially in the trade boards!
