    I phoned lec and they said that model is ok but the model looks just like the one that affected

    Thanks Guys customer cant wait so is getting a new Machine,she said she has seen a nice Kenwood for ASDA which has a big load and is going to buy it what do I think 😉 its for a pub :clown:

    thanks 🙂 I did see that but the picture show the command board and led boards but no the module I need 😕 this part plugs into the module I want , do you know if it comes with it ❓

    me too 🙁 remember you have got to put it back aswell and it will never look the the same unless you spend time in doing it properly alot of work for a callout to unblock something 🙁

    just scimmed through tech info thanks C, and e32 may not be the alarm code but possibly the code brough up coz I did not short out the conductimetric sensor( who new 😉 ) so will have to go back and start again :rolls: . Has anyone had any experiance with these and can give me some pointers other than stay away or good luck 😆

    thanks for that I first thought it look simlier to a candy but I phoned them up on friday and they said its not one of theres 😕 and to contact howdens appliance service which then gave me glen dimplex service 😕 I just laughed at the guy on the other end of the phone when he told me £290.
    I take it they just dont wont to repair these machines or sell you spares so what is the point of them ❓

    this appliance is service by glen dimplex,so I phoned them about obtaining spare parts and a price . They gave me the part numbers
    1x 082639545 fan motor £199.00 1x 082637888 upper duct £94.00 😆 😆 😆 can anyone cross ref these part numbers as this just silly prices . any help or advice would be welcome .
