Thanks for that, it’s the seal that fits to the plastic tub that fits over the shaft(it’s what the American guy calls it on YouTube lol) do you have a contact number for the best place to get these spares ?
    Thanks again mark

Ok been to this and this led 10 & led 12 are flashing and the machine won’t start it will reset and you select a programme a new programme and they come back on straight away with none of the usual noises, no water in base so these 2 flashing LEDs must be a fault code . Any ideas ? Regards mark

Yes I did fit the spring into the second hole making it tighter the second time I called but it still came off after a week or two, but I’ve not checked the the suspension leg so will
Have another look at them when I got back with a new seal.

No the only part number I have is off there web site which is :-

    Spare part data for
    PC board
L_4I_15-18BR electronic board, frying – for frying -Jumper 614332 to be
    placed.
    Substitute 678498
    Packaging unit 1
    116.89 GBP
I’m thinking of passing this to neff as its only 36 months old and if I’m right or wrong there could poss be a call back not long afterwards due to how it’s fitted and don’t want the job if trying to return a board .was hoping for a simple fix but its looking to be what could poss be a pain may just cut my loses and walk a way . What you guy think .
    Thanks mark

Re: Neff induction hob t45d40x0/02 dead

It’s a factory fitted 6 core mains lead we’re its crimped at the supply end and goes straight to each of the boards so there is no terminal block so to speak of.
I do think Dr Drill may be right about poor installation as there is poor ventilation and has possibly over heated but can’t see any safety cut outs .

Re: Neff induction hob t45d40x0/02 dead

Been back today checked power in ok, can’t find a thermal cut out in it and I assume the links you are talking about are between the 3 boards which are ok. To me this looks like it wants a new board but which one ? The left hand one looks the more likely but it’s a lot of money if I’m wrong , there are no dry joints or obvious blown parts . Anyone got ant ideas ? Thanks mark

It’s set into a granite work top with a built in neff combi oven under it and under that a neff warming draw so yes its lacking fresh air so is there a thermal cut out in it so I can reset it or would something have blown?

have you checked the insulation of the element I’ve had that go down to earth and the element stays on until you switch off at mains.

Hi got old Tds 08 v2 but that model not on it , I’ve put it in service mode but the evaporator fan is running all the time as u put it through test mode,I would say it’s the module but which one controls the fan motor?also the pnc is not listed on lux web site
928465049-000 also the guy has been monkeying around with it and I’ve got a sneaky feeling it’s half inched. 😕

Re: stoves 900ef 059040439 cooling fan motor

No it’s none of them , the part number I’ve been given is 082465300 which is the larger cream coloured fan motor and the one in the cooker is a smaller black coloured fan, very similar the cream one will fit to the mounting plate but you then can’t fit that to the cooker as it covers the screw holes due to it being larger, hope that makes sense. It’s there a conversion kit or something for it .
