We did a few jobs for Minerva, but payment, from the outset, was pretty slow – they also queried any parking charges (and when you’ve in SW London we think this should be accepted if there is no free parking available).

We asked to be removed from their system in around April last year I think.

This is extremely frustrating to hear – unfortunately there will always be people who will take advantage of your kind nature.

We now take full repair fee up front on the phone as I’ve done many repairs and customers have refused to pay, or told me they’d pay on invoice…. as you’ve said above, this doesn’t pay the rent… (and increasing rates!)

It keeps tripping the TOC, and then no heat is produced until we reset it.

So pretty sure it’s not down to the programme?

Thanks SWERV – my gut tells me TOC? Clock stays on! There are two TOCs, might just swap them both, as they are fairly inexpensive.

My choice would always be a Neff product over a Bosch, although as already stated, both are BSH group and have similar electronics.

I know the direct drive LG’s were an issue in the past if they were not going on a solid floor.
