Re: Bosch Condenser dryer WTE84105GB not pumping all the tim

Hi maybe on a few occasions if it has a small relay module behind the main control module I have found this to solve the problem but in the senario of this being faulty it will say the containers full but when u check the sump there is no water in there it’s also usually very intermittent when I have had this be the problem so when it doesn’t pump is there water in the sump?
I take it the container full light is coming on ?

hi just another check when you say you’ve cleared the sump did this involve taking the condenser out and removing the flap in the centre? or have you just cleared what is under the pump assembly?

there is a flow sensor on the left hand side the side panel would have to be removed to see this obviously with the machine unplugged!!!!
usually the flow sensor or as bosch label it (contact) on the diagram
the other thing is the impeller that feed the sensor the information is sticking

hi it sounds like you have been really thorough i don’t want to teach you to suck eggs but just incase you have missed any thing lets start at the beginning with the water in the machine can you put the drain hose in a bucket and then start a program the 1st thing is should do is drain does any water come out into the bucket? the other thing to note is there any noise from the pump as it try to pump out?

Re: Smeg Washing machine leaving marks

hi if you want to pm me ill pass you my email you can then send the pic of the stain and i may be able to help, if the drum and washer is clean and there aren’t any bad smells in there you may find it is nothing to do with the machine and it is a stain that is already on the clothes before they are washed but not visable, after coming into contact with the chemicals in the detergent it shows i have had this a lot the last one i had was from plants and it turned out the customers daughter had been helping her nan once a week in the garden crazy i know.
the items went in clean but came out with grey /brown marks
what you need to do is investigate is it just staining a particular persons clothes?
where on the clothing is it?
have you changed any products you use recently?
good luck hope this is of some help

Re: Older NEFF oven maybe not heating properly

I’ve had a lot of these the information you need is why is it not cooking right i.e. is it taking to long?
or cooking uneven or burning every thing?
a lot of neff ovens cook uneven if she is using shelf (2) as it blocks the air flow vents.
off what your saying in your post i suspect taking longer to cook i had one of these recently and the door hinges and seal was perfect the stat was good too.
neff give a 10 percent tolerance when testing there ovens in the factory, so if you had it set to 200c then 20 c out is within tolerence but the other point to note is that on the fan setting it should take approx 12 mins to reach 200c from cold….
the last one i tested ticked all the boxes but what i did notice was it took a lot longer to get to temp, a lot of neff users don’t preheat because they were told they don’t have to with this oven, what I’m trying to get to is the element is not glowing red or getting as hot as it should, bit of a lazy element i put a new heater ring on and i have never been back.
maybe worth going back and retesting noting the 12 minute rule
    i hope this helps
    good luck

Bryan you have just hit the nail on the head and set the little cogs in my brain turning you right!!
he shouldn’t leave his employment just yet maybe his direction should be to do the gas safe course in his own time while still in employment the benefits and doors it could open could be big ones ok ill go with having him looking into the gas courses.
i promise I’m not holding out a plate here and asking you to feed me hahahaha
next time could you not hold back so much could you just say what your thinking hahaha

    Re: north west based work

Where did that spanner come from ?
I think I’ll ask him to have a look into this him self I’ll check out the nvq 2 option etc and make a decision to be honest I thought he would do pretty well by having skills on all the other appliances except gas hobs I agree it will bring extra work but how much…
Really I was hoping someone might say someone was looking to dish out some work but I understand now that doesn’t happen his best direction is probably posting cards and paying for as much advertisement as he can afford
It’s just a hard step to take when ur employed but want to go self employed but haven’t got the work or clients sitting waiting for u
Any other advise regarding best ways to start up from nothing would be welcome
