    It was D41UK when I rechecked the model number but I did have the correct serial number.

    Hi Guys
    yes I have been out to this dishwasher.When I put the model no. into masterparts search it came up with the same part no. But it has pcb and not a timer that is why I gave you the serial no.

    the front and back and side panels are all joined together.I dont suppose you have a service manual

    This model does not have any ducts in it.I think it may have a valve somewhere

    I have tried that but you only have 2 wires going to the door switch and the machine would work in reverse which it does not.

    thanks for that part no. but this is the shaft
    assy. and I only need the collar for the seal to
    run on. I was thinking do you have to heat the collar up to fit over the shaft ?

    I have checked the thermostats there is two on the heater box, the one on the end of the heater is open circuit, but I dont know if this is normally open.The one on the top of the heater box is a safety stat this has not tripped out. any information would help, especially a wiring diagram.
