    Re: hotpoint wma44 flood protection

It still as the moulded plug on.I spent another couple hours on it again today. I tried cleaning the sump out and tried a new pump. When it fills you can hear the pressure switch click but it just carries on filling into flood protection. I have checked the cables from the pressure switch. The only thing I have noticed is when you set a wash program, the wash light and the rinse and spin lights are lit as well. I think I will give up on this one.

    Re: hotpoint wma44 flood protection

I took the motor out through the bottom, although I did tip the machine onto it’s side. it seems like it is not clicking off at the first level and just filling to far till it reaches flood protection. I am going back this morning to clean the sump in case it as slight blockage and the air is rushing into the pressure switch all of a sudden and activating flood protection.

    Re: smeg DI612CA flood protection

Thanks I have got drawing. When I called back and checked the pressure switch it as got a pipe coming out of it, I could not see it because it it comes out the top. I checked the pressure switch it seems to work ok.When you start the dishwasher everything seems to be working ok but it wont stop filling, you can hear the pressure switch click. I have checked the cables up to the module they are ok, all I can think of is the module must be faulty.
    I would appreciate any help.
