Re: Whirlpool Washing Machine AWM324/3 On/Off Switch

Hi, order 481941029004 and that will do the job. The 2 blue wires are for the neon but you won’t be able to connect them to new switch. This switch is off of a dishwasher but has the same fitting.

Hi, went back, heater ok. all parts ok apart from lights flashing all over the place. Settled on getting him new machine as it is 7 yrs old. Was wondering that it wasn’t an element as i had already tested it and only selected the machine on a rinse. Thanks anyway for your help.

Yes i have and ok. I only ran it on a rinse and the jet pump was running all the time and drum was turning. Do you know if the jet pump runs all the time as i haven’t ever seen this model please?

it didn’t seem to me that it tried to empty but i see where you are coming from. Am i right by saying that the jet pump runs all the time during all the washes and rinses or is it just for a while?

Check that the water inlet pipe in the top of the freezer hasn’t frozen up. If it has…hairdryer. If you have no optic lights on the infra-reds in freezer…new control board will sort it.

Re: Beko WMA 520s w/m blowing fuses

I feel like i have covered everything. Done all of the above. I repair quite a few bekos but have never had to look too deep. Was wondering what the pcb does as soon as lock is energized. Some do a little diagnoses. when i took the board out, i looked on both sides of the board and no signs of burning. The controls seem to work. i already ran on drain only cycle with the pump unplugged and the same thing happened. i did a test on the motor and seemed ok too. The RCD is ok as well as i tested the circuit. This has got me scratching my head. Many thanks
