I believe that this will be to do with the water pressure and that the water pressure can be affected by the distance you have the unit from the mains supply
If it is quite far away then this will be making the water slow
If it is quite near then you have very low water pressure in your house

This can be fixed by getting a water pressure booster
Not certain as to how they work so would suggest a plumber

I know that you were not really worried about this but I thought I would just let you know anyway 😛

Don’t be put off by the codes
They as far as I know are the head office numbers
They will have an engineer in your area

Also don’t forget that if it is still within 2 years of when you bought it you can go to Samsung as it is still within warranty 😀

When the temperature and the lights are flashing it means that it is not at the correct temperature and is probably getting warm and not cooling at all

I believe it seems to be the same issue as other people are having in that the fan is freezing up in the back of the unit
