If it’s the inner door, fit 432073 (white) £14.92 list. You know it makes sense 😀

Remove drum to pump hose and remove obstruction from pump inlet. Filter should then be removable.

    Power off, of course.

Do you think they put them back on the Comet truck for delivery afterwards?

Double check lid switch – front right of top deck. It’s a reed type – circuit is completed by magnet in lid.

Basically a screwdriver job Chris – we’re not allowed to tell you exactly how, but you will have to remove the oven from the housing for full access. Oh, and the fan nut is a left hand thread……..

    Power off of course………. :plug:

    Hi Mookal,
There is no practical way of testing the timer/control unit – this why you must be absolutely certain of all the other points before replacing it. It could prove to be an expensive mistake……… Last price I had was £115.41 plus VAT, so I’m sure you see the point! P/no for timer is 1247526-00/5 BTW.

Should be the one you want.

Straightforward to change – power off of course. :plug:

Main oven fan motor is part no. 096825 @ £72.85 plus the usual 😯 .

An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for ordering etc.

There is a pattern motor in the shop@ module – whether this is a suitable alternative or not, I’m not sure. But Dave’ll know……… 😀

Re: Smart Vac Z1490 or Electrolux Airstream Z1490

There appear to be three versions of the Z1490. However, they are all listed as having the same paper bag – 326520-55/8 is the genuine Electrolux part number.

Instead of typing “Check repairs@ for a UKW engineerin your area”, I now have to type “Check the link in my signature for a UKW engineer”.

Don’t think I’ve actually gained anything from this exercise……..
