whirlpool and care home seems to be the 2 failing points !!!!! could it be they might have to recall their own stuff as well

i have been offerd this work from several wps in the last few weeks and refused them all but why is it that all of them bar connect are sending out parts free of charge connect are charging £10.00 for every backplate !!!!

it looks like all of these smaller wps are at it. i to refused the rangemaster work as its us side by side and integrated dishwashers for £40.00 expected call out next day !!!!!
as we all know this brand is top end selling and cx expect a top end service dont think so. and repairtech with their candy integrated fridge / gas work again for £40.00 only hope everybody gets together on these to stop these very poor rates from getting any lowerRe: February 2016 Conference

i have booked with hotel but despite twice asking for confirmation by email i have recived nothing from them is this normal as its a new venue i dont want to arrive and be told i have not bookedRe: Heard it all now!!
how about 7.30 am this morning (sunday) cx wanting to know what time i will be with her on tues. i think i will tel her at 1 am tues morning !!!

looks like with fagor gone and the loss of bill and helen how long will de dietrich survive not a lot of jobs coming through and even less spares !!!!!!

we have been with paul for over 17 years now and have never had any problems with either service or software i have just spoken to paul who is very upset over steve comments as he has supported them since last march. the only problem paul has is the fact they have not paid the rental for the system for april / june hence paul has had to put them on stop as paul runs his own company cashflow is essental for him as is for everybody else.
